Follow-Up Care

Our team will be with you for every step of your recovery. While you undergo physical therapy as prescribed following your procedure, our clinical team will ensure your successful outcome through a series of regular follow-up visits:

• 2 Week Post-Operative Visit
• 3 Month Visit
• 6 Month Visit & Biomechanical Assessment
• 1 Year Visit
• Annual Follow-ups

We will also closely track your recovery through the delivery of postoperative questionnaires that can be completed at home at your convenience. These questionnaires assess your symptoms over time and provide valuable feedback that allows AHI to continuously improve its treatment pathways.
